The excitement I had for the book dampened very quickly when I realised the focus of the book was not on the romance of Evangeline and Jacks， but on Apollo。 Personally I do not care too much for Apollo。 What drew me to read books 1 & 2 within 2 days， was hardly present in book 3。 What a shame。

Love love love！ I think the 2nd book was my favorite over all in the series though。 I wish there was more of jacks in this one along with more closure at the end。 I feel like there were some key things that need more explaining but maybe there’s a reason for that（fingers crossed） overall Stephanie Garber did not disappoint as usual

I loved it！ I think it matches the second book for how much I love it。 The plot was twisty and unpredictable。 I loved the alternative POVs。 My only feedback would be that we didn’t learn much about the other characters， and the end felt rushed a bit。

Stephanie Garber wrote a stunning end to this trilogy， and it did not disappoint my （already high） expectations。 This book， and the whole series， deserves at least three thousand stars and not just five， but again the limitations of mankind prevail。 However， Garber seems to lack the skill to properly plan out her books。 There are many scenes or even whole chapters which lack the proper foreshadowing to be completely believable， and at times it seems that the characters are standing in a black ro Stephanie Garber wrote a stunning end to this trilogy， and it did not disappoint my （already high） expectations。 This book， and the whole series， deserves at least three thousand stars and not just five， but again the limitations of mankind prevail。 However， Garber seems to lack the skill to properly plan out her books。 There are many scenes or even whole chapters which lack the proper foreshadowing to be completely believable， and at times it seems that the characters are standing in a black room （although Evangeline's gowns are always described quite thoroughly）。 More importantly， the entire side of Castor's story and LaLa's seem to be entirely unfinished （and even Eva's and Jacks'， in some aspects）。 Apollo was done very well， on the other hand。 I am left anxiously hoping that these loose ends will be tied off in a future book， but considering that many such ends were left unaddressed in Caraval， it seems unlikely。 Overall， a wonderful conclusion to a wonderful series。（Actually， the most heinous thing is the hangover this book has given me， with not even one recommendation to stave it off。 Unforgivable， actually。） 。。。more
